This postcard is titled “Fractura” (Fracture) and depicts a person breaking apart into pieces, like they were made of glass.
They are alone in their pain.
This one, called “Ayuda” (Help), shows the previously broken arm mended and holding onto another person.
The cracks are left visible and emphasised through the gold paint, reminiscent of the Japanese art of Kintsugi.
